Gibson, Sutter, Wainwright to make first pitches

Cardinals Hall of Famers Bob Gibson and Bruce Sutter, along with right-hander Adam Wainwright, will throw out the ceremonial first pitches prior to Wednesday's Game 1 of the World Series in St. Louis.
