Adam Wainwright still gets mad when he pitches poorly in the Grapefruit League. He wasn’t sweating it too terribly much, because he views all of his problems from Tuesday as fixable. But the performance definitely didn’t sit well.
The Cardinals are looking for a situation to bring their top Draft pick from 2009, Shelby Miller, into a Grapefruit League game. Tuesday’s game did not bring that situation.
